What is E3?

Elevate: Raise the house and it becomes a home. E3 project homes feature raised wood floor systems, where porches and decks are natural amenities adding usable living space.

Educate: APA and its partners will conduct open houses and seminars that will examine design, construction and material choices.

Endure: Many of the demonstration projects feature the latest in green products and applications. Engineered wood, a renewable building material, is a good choice for its ability to meet national green building guidelines. This home meets guidelines set by the Green Building Initiative Houston and LEED for Homes.
